Safeguarding of children and adults in need of care and support

The safeguarding of children, young people and adults in need of care and support is a priority in this church.

We are committed to following government and Thirtyone:Eight (formerly CCPAS) guidelines on safeguarding children, young people and adults in need of care and support, and good working practice, including safe recruitment of workers.

We work to a formal Safeguarding Policy and it can be seen on request from your local Jesus Fellowship leaders or from Jesus Fellowship Safeguarding Coordinator, Ruth Barber (see contact number below).

Please speak to Ruth if you have any concerns regarding the safety or welfare of a child, young person or adult in need of care and support.

The Safeguarding Coordinator has been appointed by the leadership in this church to respond to any safeguarding concerns.
